Looking for DecoNetwork users to test DecoPack

Box-level packing control for DecoNetwork orders.

DecoPack turns DecoNetwork packing slips into clearer despatch labels, searchable packing records and a simple way to manage orders split across multiple boxes.

Early testing: send a sample packing slip and we’ll send back generated demo labels and screenshots.

DecoPack Jobs to Pack board

Jobs to Pack board

Imported DecoNetwork packing slips appear as jobs ready to be packed.

DecoPack box split workflow

Box split workflow

Split orders into boxes by entering quantities only.

DecoPack generated box labels

Generated box labels

Create clear box-level despatch labels for multi-box orders and reprints.

The packing slip exists. Box-level control often doesn’t.

DecoNetwork handles the order and produces the packing slip. DecoPack is designed to help with the next step: splitting orders into boxes, producing clearer labels and keeping packing records searchable.

The manual gap

Once orders are split across multiple boxes, teams often fall back on handwritten notes, duplicated information, manual labels or PDFs saved in folders.

The DecoPack idea

Use the packing slip as the starting point, create a job to pack, enter box quantities, generate despatch labels and keep the packed job easy to find later.

Simple workflow. Practical output.

The aim is not to replace DecoNetwork or become a full warehouse system. It is simply a bridge between the packing slip and the labelled box.

1

Packing slip in

Start with the DecoNetwork packing slip already produced by the order.

2

Job to pack

The order appears on a simple packing board, ready to be split into boxes.

3

Box split

Enter the quantities going into each box without building a complex stock system.

4

Labels and records

Generate box-level despatch labels and keep the packed job searchable for reprints.

Testing with real DecoNetwork packing slips.

I’m currently testing DecoPack with a small number of sample packing slips to see how well the workflow handles real DecoNetwork orders.

  • Email a DecoNetwork packing slip to hello@decoflowhq.com
  • Remove or blank out any sensitive customer details first, if required
  • I’ll run it through the DecoPack workflow
  • You’ll receive generated demo box labels and screenshots
  • Feedback is appreciated on whether the workflow would help your packing process
