Workflow fit
Does DecoFlow fit the way your business actually moves work through in-house production, outsourced suppliers, goods-in, packing and despatch?
We're inviting a small number of DecoNetwork garment decorators to use DecoFlow on real production as part of our first four-week Early Access programme.
This isn't a product demo. It's an opportunity to use DecoFlow in your business, on real production, and help us learn what works.
The next step is to establish whether other DecoNetwork businesses can adopt DecoFlow easily, use it on live production and gain genuine operational value from it.
A short introduction to DecoFlow, why we're running Early Access and what taking part will involve.
DecoFlow has been built around real production. Early Access lets us see how easily another business can adopt it, where it creates value and where it still needs work.
Does DecoFlow fit the way your business actually moves work through in-house production, outsourced suppliers, goods-in, packing and despatch?
Can we get your business configured and using DecoFlow quickly, without creating another complicated implementation project?
Which parts of DecoFlow become part of your normal production workflow â and which parts don't?
Does better visibility, clearer next actions and connected production information genuinely save time or improve control?
We're looking for different types of garment-decoration businesses, with different production workflows.
Before the four weeks begin, we'll spend a short amount of time understanding your workflow and getting DecoFlow configured. Then we go live.
We'll learn how your production currently works, establish what you'd like to improve and configure DecoFlow around your business.
Start putting genuine production through DecoFlow and see how easily it fits into the working day.
Look at how the team is using DecoFlow, what is becoming normal workflow and where there is still friction.
Look at real usage and whether DecoFlow is improving visibility, reducing friction or giving you better production control.
Review what we've learned, what changed and whether DecoFlow is something your business would want to continue using.
DecoFlow is pre-release software. There may be bugs, rough edges and things we discover together. That's part of the reason we're running the programme.
We'll listen carefully to feature ideas, but Early Access isn't unlimited bespoke development. New features need to make sense for the wider DecoFlow customer base as well as an individual business.
Tell us a little about your business, your production workflow and the biggest operational challenge you'd like to solve.
We'll review expressions of interest and contact suitable businesses for a short conversation about their current production workflow before confirming Early Access places.
The DecoFlow Early Access expression-of-interest form will appear here.
